  1. Mmm I always thought of wisdom as IQ, which is how fast you understand things, plus practical experience. Intelligence is literally the knowledge you managed to stuff in your hard drive and recall.

  2. My current d&d character went to a magical university and took a bunch of (mostly science based) courses. The man could figure out the exact death date of a fossil. But spent literally 20 real life minutes trying to get passed a magical barrier on a doorframe. Despite being explicitly told by a party member earlier that the ruins we were in were guarded by magic set up by ents. He may be slightly silly

  3. Intelligence is your magic attack stat
    Wisdom is your magic defence stat
    I know that your actual magic attack varies by class but this is the most concise way of explaining it to the kind of person who is asking the question.
