Its really sad the game is so underrated when it has such a beautiful soundtrack

This reminds me resident evil games from ps1 era. And a bit of half life 2 sound design, this takes a lot of inspiration from 2000s games

If you came here looking specifically for the track that played in the demo after the brother says, "so, this is your last night then?". It is called "ECHOSTASIS – Castle Vinyl" in the game files. This track does not appear to be posted anywhere tho from what i can see.

The soundtrack of this game is really uncomfortable at some points. It is an absolute masterpiece of design. The way it makes me shiver and fear every single thing on the game, fitting perfectly with the atmosphere, just tells me that the music's doing its job wonderfully. The game proves that there's no need to use jumpscares or explicit images to create a disturbing sensation on the gamer and make him being really afraid of what's gonna happend. 10/10 game. I wish the soundtrack was on Spotify.

there's one song in the soundtrack that's missing, it's a piece of classical music with heavy reverb reminiscent of the shining and a part of it appears in the "home" dlc trailer. can anyone tell me what it is?
