One that may be worth looking at as a fantasy setting also is Warcrow for the faction Scions of Yaldabaoth. The setting is set such that magic itself is inherently dangerous and corrupting in a much more physical sense. And this faction is one where they essentially live in the magical fog which turns people and creatures into various forms of demonic and/or body horror monsters. And the lore for the Fog itself is one that can lend itself to a lot of cool material, especially for a campaign where you want to dial back magic users a bit with a good in-universe reason to not just sling every spell you got at all opportunities.
"Skabz!" is another fun game by Max Fitzgerald (the creator of Turnip28), that has a focus around boats made of tuna cans, and the designs that the community have made for that game inspire my kitbashing and scratchbashing a Lot.
Totally get not being into 40k, but look into Age of Sigmar. If you like body horror, there's PLENTY of it there.
That Goys Saturn Rating His Childrenini was INTENSE!
Maybe checkout mordheim if Warhammer 40k is too futuristic

Fun video! Have you ever considered going to Adeptacon? It’s a miniatures convention- it’s amazing!
Turnip 28 aka "You got Neverafter in my Crown of Candy!" "You got Crown of Candy in my Neverafter!"
Conquest also has some really cool models, not necessarily as horror themed, but they have dinosaur riding orcs among other things.
