I found some great looking games here I'd love to try with my wife, but one game I have zero desire to ever try is Vampire Survivors and I really don't understand what the appeal is. It's like the game version of someone screaming "AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" directly in your face while standing an inch away from you. It's just too fucking much.
I couldn't get The Crackpet Show to play multiplayer locally on switch, is there a condition to be met first?

A few I've never heard of on this list. Vampire Survivors is something I have put a lot of time into. Got all the DLC including the Ode to Castlevania which I've barely scratched the surface of it all! It's super addictive. I wish I had someone to try out the Multiplayer with though.
